Warren Jenson is a global business leader with one of the most unique and diverse sets
of leadership experiences in business – ranging from digital entertainment and
consumer internet to worldwide transportation, the smart grid and global big data.
He has been at the forefront of the digital revolution having served during critical
junctures at several companies, including Amazon.com, Electronic Arts and now,
LiveRamp. He also helped shape and successfully navigate digital transformations at
NBC and Delta Airlines.
Warren is adept entrepreneurially at leading companies through the challenges of
crossing the chasm. He has the unique perspective of having been a Corporate Officer
of General Electric, but also having helped stand up a start-up.
Warren is known as a strategist and has played important roles in several defining
acquisitions and partnerships: the formation of MSNBC, Delta’s consolidation of the
commuter airline industry and ground-breaking partnership with Priceline, Amazon’s
partnerships with Toys R Us and Target. Most recently, Warren was instrumental in
architecting and executing Acxiom’s sale of its Marketing Solutions business and the
emergence of LiveRamp, a high-growth SaaS platform, as a public company.
He is an accomplished and recognized CFO. Warren is a skilled communicator and
was the voice on Wall Street for each of the public companies for which he hasworked.
He was twice designated one of the “Best CFOs in America” by Institutional Investor
magazine. Warren was also awarded Bay Area Venture CFO of the Year in 2010.
He currently serves as LiveRamp’s President. Warren has and continues to play a key
role in LiveRamp’s success as the company globally expands its high-growth, global
SaaS platform in enterprise data infrastructure and connected television.
Warren sits on the Board of Cardtronics Inc. (NASDAQ: CATM). He is Chair of the
Company’s Finance Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee. He also
serves on the Board of Tapjoy, a privately held company, and is a on the Executive
Committee for USC’s Marshall School of Business as well as Marriott School of Business at
Brigham Young University.
Previously, he served on the Board of Digital Globe (NYSE: DGI) as Chair of the Audit and
Compensation Committees and was a member of the Governance and Nominating
Committee. He has also served as Trustee and Foundation President of the California State
Summer School for the Arts and Chairman of USC’s Marshall Partners for the San
Francisco Bay Area.
Warren received both an undergraduate degree in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy
from Brigham Young University. He and his wife, Elizabeth, split their time between San
Francisco and London.
