valuable lessons and mindset changing

I've been receiving coaching for many years. Despite 12 years of coaching I got, I still constantly had imposter syndrome. I learned from Dr. Liz and Pat the valuable lesson of changing my mindset and not treating others around me as my competitors. They are not competitors. Instead, they are the people who help me to grow. This's one thing that has changed many, many things in my life and my work. It makes me less anxious, more at ease, and more forward-looking and growth-thinking.
